Your own prices are yours to set. Add each service once with a price in lek, euro or dollar, and choose the currency when you write a quote.
Questions clinics ask
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because no card was taken. Your records stay exactly where they are and you are asked to subscribe when you next sign in. If you decide not to, nothing is billed and nothing is deleted behind your back.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. It is month to month. Stop paying and access stops at the end of the period you paid for.
Is my patient data mine?
Yes. You are the data controller for your patients' records; we process them on your instructions to run the service. You can export any cartel to PDF at any time, and ask us to delete your account data.
How many people can use it?
The subscription covers 3 doctors. Reception and other staff logins are not counted against that, so the people booking and typing up records cost nothing extra. If you need more doctors, write to us and we will sort it.
Can patients see their own records?
No, and that is deliberate. There is no patient login. Records are visible only to the clinic that holds them, and a patient asking for their file asks the clinic, which can print or export it.
