Built for your clinic, not for a hospital group
Medical Solutions is a patient record room and a clinic diary for private clinics in Albania, whatever the speciality. Practices still running on paper folders and a phone, who need something they can set up themselves in an afternoon.
What it actually does
Three jobs, in the order a clinic meets them. Everything else on the product exists to make these safe to rely on.
The records
One cartel per patient, built on the form your specialty already uses. Searchable the moment it is saved, printable exactly as it looks, with prescriptions, files and scans hanging off it.

The diary
Day, week and month. Book from a cartel or by name for someone who has none yet, drag to move, and let the six month check-up reminders send themselves.
The paperwork
Signed prescriptions and priced quotes, as A4 PDFs you can print or email. Your services and prices are set once and reused.

What actually changes when you leave paper
The competition here is a filing cabinet, and it works. It has run this clinic for years. These are the four places it stops working, and what happens instead.
On paper
With Medical Solutions
Finding a returning patient's folder means remembering the surname and walking to the cabinet.
Type three letters of a name and the cartel is open, from reception or from a phone.
Who is due a check-up is a question nobody can answer without going through every folder.
The dashboard lists them, and the six month reminder sends itself to the ones who agreed to it.
A folder that leaves the building is gone. So is a folder that burns, floods, or is simply put back in the wrong place.
Records live on managed infrastructure with backups, reachable only by your clinic.
A prescription or a price quote is handwritten each time, and there is no copy of what was given.
Both come out as signed A4 PDFs, numbered, and kept on the patient's file.
Where paper still wins
Paper does not need electricity, a password, or an internet connection, and nobody has to be taught it. A clinic that keeps a printed consent form in a drawer is not being backward: it is keeping the one copy that works when everything else does not. Export any cartel to PDF and print it whenever you want that.
How it is built
Two clinics on the same platform is a promise about data, and the promise is only worth what it is enforced by.
One clinic never sees another
Every record carries the clinic that owns it, and every query names its clinic. That rule is checked by a script that creates an empty clinic, points it at another clinic's records, and insists on finding nothing. It runs against the real database, not against our good intentions.
The rules we work to
- No clinical detail ever leaves in an email. A reminder says a check-up is due, never what for.
- Nothing is sent to a patient who has not agreed to be contacted, and a refusal is recorded with its reason.
- A prescription or a quote is never edited after it is issued. A correction is a new one.
- Written to Law no. 124/2024 on personal data protection, and to the GDPR alongside it.
Who is behind it
Medical Solutions is built and run by Synaps Digital Solutions. Small team, local, and reachable in Albanian. If something is wrong you get a person, not a ticket number in a queue on another continent.
